Biosketch |
Mr. S Gumede is currently working for the Biomedical Resource Unit as a Laboratory Animal Assistant.
He is holding a Bachelor of Technology degree in Animal Health from the University of South Africa, majoring in Animal Diseases and Epidemiology.
He also holds certificates in Meat Hygiene and Artificial Insemination. He is a member of the South African Veterinary Council, registered as an animal health technician
He was previously employed by the Kwa-Zulu Natal Department of Agriculture where he was involved with the detection, control and prevention of animal whereby he was doing community outreach programs such as rabies vaccination campaigns for rural areas. |
